is house hold name in Southern India, especially in Karnataka. Behind this fame,
there is three generation’s tremendous story exists.
Shri Avadhbihari Mishra is
the founder father of
Mishra Pedha. He came to
Dharwad in 1933 & settled in Line Bazar with penniless condition. He started
producing Dharwad Pedha in very small scale. After him, his son Shri
Ganesh Mishra expanded the business & started producing Pedha in Hubli at
City Bus-stand. Then at third generation his son Shri Sanjay Ganesh Mishra
expanded the business & built-up the Empire by opening 13 Branches in Hubli,
Gadag, Davangere & Pune.
